Fortunately we had installed HVAC a few years earlier and had just left the radiators because 1) it worked and 2) removing them would have left holes in the original hard wood floors.  

TX is growing faster than CA and is business friendly and has no state income tax = they are gaining more fortune 500 HQs each year.  

Fortunately they didn’t do anything that cost too much to fix, just left the place a mess.
