i don't regret having taken the real estate course, because it all contributed to my foundation of real estate knowledge.then i took some classes and workshops, and after about the 5th one, i decided enough classes--now i have to formulate my action.all along for the past year or more, i have often driven to a great reia association that's about 3.5 hours away. i, too, live in a rural area, so i don't have the luxury or convenience of a local reia.for me, i think its all about balancing, and finding the pieces that work for you.

I think the trick there was to know you have to annualize the monthly rents and know depreciation was not an allowable expense to be ale to formulate that question properly.

That is my ultimate thought/suggestion for anyone new...survey as much of the "landscape" as possible, then formulate your plan and execute the hell out of it! 

I was inspired by J's books that I formulated all of his sample spreadsheets a bit further by adding checkboxes to his sample rehab costs sheet I walk the property with my iPad, check the box next to the item in the home that needs changed to where I walk out of the home with a running total (estimated) costs on what it will take to reno the home.  

I have recently purchased a MHP and I was wondering if any of you guys had info on formulating a good biz plan for a MHP.

Im work 2nd shift with no phones allowed so it takes me linger to respond.Oh and I am not familiar with  Milo Grogan, meaning I probably know it but cant formulate in my head right now :-)

More times than not, it results in the person then formulating negative thoughts and/or feelings about me.
