Clint, no, this is not my reputation, what I am saying is times and events predicate the needed resolution, if this is one home of mine and this is part of a small cohort of homes lets say (6), maybe I would be more emotional about it, maybe if I was newer or more novice I would be more enthusiastic of making hell around this issue, but the question boils down what is the best and most cost-effective use of your time.

I am a life long fitness enthusiast and competitive athlete having competed nationally in Wrestling and Rugby, locally in dozens of other sports.

I’m visiting Clearwater for a week and would love to connect with other investors and enthusiasts.

It’s been fun working with someone else’s money to get some experience but I am looking to branch out on my own.Regardless, I’m really excited about joining such an enthusiastic community and am looking forward to learning, finding new opportunities, and expanding my network here.

Anyway, I'm very enthusiastic and very determined to work this out one way or another, and hoping to get some good advice and even better relationships along the way. 

But you don't want that to be the only or primary factor in a property purchase.If you aren't really enthusiastic about the idea of a multifamily property, you may consider the idea of a live-in flip.

People haven't been overly enthusiastic to the possibility, but it does certainly get used.

The more I read, the more enthusiastic I become about the prospect of becoming a real estate investor.
