Maybe not  but it certainly is not a ringing endorsement of the company LOL... if you just look at the ACTUAL REAL investors that pop on here and have had nightmare scenarios how anyone can sweep this under the rug and think its all groovy  well

Florida just had a bill (1128) a few months ago that looked like it was going to pass by requiring ESA to have their primary doctor endorsement then suddenly the bill died. 

The real issue is your additional insured endorsement issued would not place the renters insurance primary and non-contributory, meaning your going to be party either way.

American Modern does have STR endorsement on their DP3 and price is reasonable.Also I did try Proper for a very short period of time but cancelled because of their "sales" methods which didn't seem straight forward.
