At this point, the work (labor + material) is likely tracking at $15 or less per sq ft.

Without a buyer agent, the seller agent gets to be dual and doubles the commission.

I’m assuming you look at a rental track record for the investment property, but that’s not steady like a paycheck.

How do you keep track of your projects and numbers?

Travel nurses have additional expenses as well, and some assignments may only be paying $1,800/wk, and when you calculate dual living expenses, paying for your own healthcare, no benefits, taxes, etc... it may not be as lucrative as some might think.

Items I would like to see integrated:- CRM- Email Marketing Campaign (likely from CRM platform)- Issue/Break fix tracking

Write them a letter, track down their phone number to call and/or text and knock on their door.
