The majority of my properties are in a very established neighborhood/area that would wage an all out war for a developer looking to build property that would compete with me.  

We have late fees, pet fees (though less these days with the whole service animal abuse), parking fees in some cases, storage unit feeds, coin laundry revenue etc... it can add up.Good luck.

My wife became a realtor in March & I recently jumped on as the business development manager of a long-term property management company.

So, reviews now will translate to revenue potential later.

On its resident fees page, it states that the Jerome Village Community Development Authority can charge up to 2% income charge. 

As a developer and land consultant, to have that kind of information at the forefront is incredibly valuable.Hopefully that helps.
