We are now at the stage of working with our international accountants and lawyers in order to set up our entities correctly.

Yet somehow I did not have the lady taking the packages on camera (maybe she did not and it was weird set of circumstances with packages delivered to the wrong address).   

Not sure if we'll do more, but it surely won't ever be high volume...so expensive or highly customizable solutions don't make a lot of sense.

I like it fine.My personal properties I use Excel.It is very powerful and customizable.

I’m just afraid of setting up myself for failure since it’s my first rental property.
