Once the email or text me the application I go through it, do a preliminary background check on our MN convictions website, and then if all checks out I'll ask if they'd like to see it before we do the background/credit check online.

Why can't people just be real these days instead of all the smoke and mirrors.I don't know how they can sleep at night.Many people have been convicted and in prison for filing BK and hiding assets.I posted a story of a broker in GA who is serving time in prison for this.

We don't factor in credit but do a credit/background check to make sure our borrowers haven't been convicted of financial related crimes and if they have a low credit score due to maxing out cards related to the business then we factor all of that in.
