Real estate is a long-term, wealth-building investment.Too many are trying to turn it into a cashflow game to quit their day jobs.If you can deal with that, try to hold on and tough it out.Other options:1) See if you can wholesale a property to fund your Reserves2) You could do the same thing with a Flip3) Perhaps explore converting one of your properties into an STR to generate more cashflow

If this was your primary residence, I would highly recommend selling within 3 years of converting to a rental to maintain the section 121 tax free gain on sale of a primary residence (250k exclusion for single and 500k married).
