Oh one more - I stumbled across this while doing some more looking around... http://www.airportairparkhomes.com/listings.asp  Looks like a somewhat comprehensive listing of at least the majority of current fly-in communities.

It seemed promising at the beginning..great introductions, phone chats, professionalism on both sides... and then seemed demotivated to work with you, or un-responsive (only after) they know what your strategy is and what your offers look like.

I think the book is a good introduction to Notes and would fit under the popular theme of “Notes for Dummies”.
