Don't hire the first company that presents a lot of sleek Razzle dazzle.

Take into account your mortgage, a property management company and other expenses and you are lucky if you net $300. 

But make that police report with the video evidence as the insurance company is going to want a copy.

With that being said, in a worst case scenario, you can always hire a property management company to handle the day to day items if it comes to that.

As I have said they can throw people out for negativity so you will unlikely get a true and honest review from anyone in a forum like this. these training companies just follow MLM tactics  ala Amway etc.. right down to the sell the product make money. its all the same marketing just the product is different.
