Challenges?

I own property and have no children or real persons that I want to inherit my property after death. 

I recommend hiring either a PM or even a listing agent who you pay a half a month to a month of rent to get the unit rented.Just so you are aware, these tenants are your customers hence if you make the application process challenging and tedious at the very forefront of the process, most people don't got time for that.

I recently thought I found a great duplex but when a local agent toured the property for me, they didn't even feel safe which lead us to believe finding the right tenants would be a challenge.

The goal is estate planning where our children would enjoy the step-up basis.We are in a very rural area. 

We’ve faced similar challenges with larger homes, as most traveling healthcare professionals tend to travel alone or with one other person.

Just to clarify my previous post, I would like to say that while I've experienced challenges with mngt, RTR/Rent to Retirement has been extremely helpful in navigating this situation so I know what my options are and so I don't feel alone in this process.

Then, I'm also wondering about the challenges.
