I have stayed at many assisted living centers and I hated it, especially at night. 

Tower has really high rents per unit as it's the center of fresno for nightlife and artists.  

Also, I've been talking to some contractors lately and seems like I could build anything (house, apartment complex, condominium, hotel, retail center) for between $100-$110/sq. ft., so perhaps it would make sense to build at times.I'm opening my LoopNet app right now.

I am from the Center Grove area and spent 4 years in the army after high school with a 12 month combat tour.

We have a 4plex in a commercial close to the Moda Center and Convention center.

I have tons of evidence for center township.

She also told us that the city would be widening Lincoln Hwy/30 right off of Center Street to accommodate more traffic. 

“Statistically, more people die in their homes from a fire than anywhere else – shopping centers, McDonald’s.

It isn't in the "best" area, but is a 60 second drive from shipping centers, etc.

Some of the reasons I'm considering on making the jump into this area is because they are steadily continuing to develop at a crazy rate, it has good highway access, the neighbors are cool and the location to the shopping center makes it ideal.
