Appreciate the advice buddy !

I have a buddy that will be staying in one of the rooms and I would just have to find another for the other room.

We arent cry buddies, and as much as I like my tenants as people, i dont think they really want to hear from me unless necessary.

Last year I partnered with a banking buddy of mine to purchase a home in CT, cash for $175k (I finance it, he does all the work - we split profits), but after a more critical inspection, he found water damage that ultimately led to the deal falling through.

One of my good friends fishing buddy owned a few dealerships so i got the inside scoop LOL  and I fished on the Deschutes with the head of Lithia one year they are neighbors at broken top. we did a 3 day float about 10 straight years until we got to old LOL.. 

My buddy and I house hacked a duplex in Old North Columbus.
