Here's something that may work for you: Some MLS systems allow brokers to enter what is referred to as limited service listings (google "flat fee MLS listing" and you won't have any trouble finding one).

@Mark Doty For some cheaper money consider baking the repairs into the purchase and packaging it into a Fannie Mae loan product. 30-year amortization and ~4.9% interest and 80% LTV on the ARV.

Thanks.New drywall ceiling:-1 coat of Kilz original primer, 1 coat of Behr Premium primer + paint flat white ceiling paint Kitchen plastic sheet walls:-1 or 2 coat of Kilz original primer to hide the pattern on the plastic ?

Some are flat rates for re-leasing, some are no-fees, some are a % of rent, some have maintenance call-out fees, some have in-house no fee maintenance calls.Questions:- Is it unrealistic to ask someone to meet up with me to walk the (vacant) properties with me and/or meet up nearby the occupied ones to show them the place?
