In this way, you can avoid being accused of double dipping as others in this thread have warned against.

if this was a business model and a scheme.. and you did this to banks as seller you could be accused of trying to defraud a federally insured institution..

If this was an owner occupied discounted tax rate and you’re going to be using it as an investment property, you don’t want to be accused to defrauding the local government. 

You should do a bit of research before make these accusations.

So far in this thread, you've accused dishonesty and implied intentional fraud.

Individuals throwing out stories of states with different laws, puffing their chest, and making accusations aren't going to win the original poster over. 

Again I have seen some people violate this law and watching them go thru that to prove that they didnt do anything wrong was a horrible experience and I would never want to be accused of that.

If you make the exception for one you should make it for all or open yourself up to accusations of discrimination.

The property has a shared driveway and they have been accused of "messing" with the other tenants and neighbors cars.
