I recently applied and submitted all the required documents.

The LO I use for my investments can have you pre-approved same day if you submit all the necessary documents (pay stubs/W2, credit report, loan application, bank statements).

Some of the alternative documents that can sometimes be used are state filings, previous tax returns, etc.

The insurance company wants to understand the limit of their liability and those documents spell out what the HOA says they will pay for and what they will not.  

As mentioned since it’s a local bank I would first review the loan documents to see what they say.

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?
