There are talks of multiple waves of the virus, especially if we re-open too early etc.

I’ll be in charge of the bookkeeping using Wave accounting software.We’re 50/50 partners and opened a business checking account as well as a credit card account.Any other steps you would recommend?

My question is should I explore these options in 2020 or try to invest locally as coronavirus will definitely have its effect on the housing market and will most likely cause some waves of foreclosure once those forbearances set forth by the government and lenders wear off.  

So that's really a powerful way to work on that balance if you're able to, especially as several investors I know are waiting to see what the economic fallout of Covid-19 will be for real estate.For example, it's possible we could have a wave of foreclosures that would affect values of other properties.

We stepped back because we are more on the cash poor side and waiting to see how long they drag this shutdown out or if there is a second wave.

What if there is a 2nd wave?  

At the time, we also made an extra effort to use the easement more, walking, smiling and waving at the camera so she'd have plenty of evidence of our use.  

We will have waves of bad news, defaults, unemployment, and if bad enough liquidity and banking problems. 

If this COVID-19 does a 2nd wave in the fall and some say it will, then this will be worse than 2008 if we have to re-close the world again.Its just part of the game, we will get through this.
