So I'm shooting for next spring to develop an "RV Park" with about forty 60'x40' spaces and 100 self storage units.

And when we moved from our 3br condo to a SFH in Colorado Springs, we turned the 3br condo into an MTR as well.In between, we also partnered to buy a duplex in Colorado Springs and just recently a vacation rental/STR in Mexico, but this was years after that first one. 

Just a newbie here looking to get started on Wholesaling in the Palm Springs area.

I was recently looking at a property in a Colorado mountain town west of Colorado Springs. 

Thanks to super weak governance during the BLM riots Antifa and homeless.. allowing open air drug use ( legal drugs) and the killer theft under 900.00 is not enforced causing rampant thievery and many stores to close kind of like We see in the mid west and rust belt when neighborhoods change and retail exits as its not sustainable.

It's about time I reach back out to my buddy that told me in the fall he was wanting to sell one this coming spring.

I have called and bothered the heck out of them and reminding me what they would be getting for the unit and still tell me that will happen ...well if it didn't happen in the spring and the bookings are light in summer there the year goes.
