I Hit almost 400 pounds and I on a path of self sabotage and potential death my girlfriend being able to see it in couraged me to try meditation and yoga while at the same time a good buddy of mine allowing me to borrow a book he was reading called “rich dad, poor dad” and it shifted my enitire life on to a path of financial freedom.

This was before BP and my agent was not much help either, so I read every book I could find, took seminars and enrolled in a one year course with Rich Dad Education, which was not the worst thing, at least it tought me a lot of theory.I was still very sceptical if real estate investing would actually work - if it's so great why is not everyone doing it?

I would recommend reading a few books like Millionaire Real Estate Investor, Rich Dad Poor Dad, etc...Yes, the D.C. area is very expensive.
