Hello Everyone,I'm looking for some insight into real estate installment contracts. 

Plus if they are then responsible to fix any mistakes in the order.I like installing my own cabinets, so buy RTA (ready to assemble).

The bank reneged on funding the last part of the loan which would have funded completion of our septic system/grease trap installation thus allowing us to open our on site bar/restaurant & expand the RV park. 

Installment plans don’t work.  

The first fee paid is an installment to leasing broker with more over time.

A wire shelf is cheap and easy to install. I

But before you jump in, think about the upfront costs, like buying and installing the system and maybe making changes to ducts.

New bathrooms (2), new kitchen, relocated the laundry room, new floors, paint, AC unit, etc.We had a heck of a time demoing the house and redesigning the layout, but other than that this was a super easy and fast project.
