A few weeks ago the police were called to one of our apartments because the tenant had overdosed.

They must no someone with clout because the police have been involved in several matters with their dog's chasing and even bitting people (came at me twice)but yet and still they remain uncaring owners of the same dogs.The people next door to me and the ones next to them (the dog owners) are renters who wont do a thing to the property.

No sign police called about them either.

It wouldn't be a big deal if it were just mail but my tenant tells me that this person has had police stop by with summons and people constantly coming by trying to serve court papers.

He called them the "profit police"!

The police can't zoom in to find the plate??

Most regulator or oversight offices have an on line complaint or fraud hot line.Attorneys police their own through the bar association, Realtors through the RE commission and the Board of Realtors, investors aren't organized, but should be, IMO.

And I'm getting constant phone calls, texts and pictures (and threats to call the police).

I've submitted a request for police records for that area.
