I prefer asbestos as long as its not the only one in the neighborhood.If painted it looks fine, wears great and can be patched with modern cement fiberboard(hardie board) siding.

@Kody Ward, as mentioned, there are very few ways to get an estimate worth the paper it is on without going line by line.For me, replacing existing HVAC (furnace and AC), but no new ducting is about $5500 for a 1000-1500 sq ft house.Refinish hardwoods, I get prices at 2.25pf for floors, stairs are more and cost per stair tread.Is there drywall patching or replacing?
