We might, because of the Senators Baseball team and a couple museums and HersheyPark 10 miles away...I would imagine Hershey is much better for that though.

One of BiggerPockets.com's bloggers, Richard Warren, received an letter regarding his proposal as to how to deal with the housing crisis which was written for The BiggerPockets Real Estate Dispatch, and it seems that the Majority Leader of the Senate, Harry Reid, has found the proposal to be an interesting solution.

If your state does not have new laws addressing this I suggest you lobby your senator to make the certification harder and have some real penalty for those who misrepresent.
