Report comes back with an arrest just a few months back that had a court date scheduled in two months.Then there was the one that was rejected in writing, calling me to see if I would take him for another vacancy ...And there was one who refused to even fill out an application - although they wanted the place - saying that I was one of those landlords who collects application fees but denies everybody to make money.
