Take this all with a grain of salt though, since things may have changed in a big way since Covid. 

Take the comments you get on such facebook groups with a grain of salt as some travelers want everything for nothing.

I am no attorney so take my rant with a grain of salt, but the way I did it was to send your contracts to a closed list of buyers, NOT the open public where everyone can see it.

I only have about 20 years of experience so you should probably take this advice with a grain of salt.

This is really just salt in the wound.

If you are working with a wholesaler, take everything with a grain of salt and verify it.
