I happen to live in a very diverse area where there is really nice towns with expensive homes and then the next town over is the opposite where it's populated and lower end housing.

But it's also diverse, you have the gaumet of large/small and high-end/modest, so comps are tricky.ARV: My realtor thought $540k would sell it but as I now look through recently sold comps on Zillow I worry that's a little rich.

Zack be very careful.Just because some people are BP members does not mean they are 100% in the up and up.When posters come on here saying they have money and don't know what to do with it you will sometimes get contacted by people trying to solicit.People tout diversity but you can be diversified into 3 things you know little about and still lose all your money.So diversified or not is just one component.
