It will be interesting to see if volume increases dramatically with interest rate cuts.

Some more straight forward commercial finance will not have upfront fees as well, it really just depends.In residential finance, more often than not, the only upfront fee should be the third party cost of an appraisal.

But someone with a high credit score without previous landlord rec’s or bad rental history may not make the cut for me. good luck!

The duplex itself is a disaster it is a 3/1 and 3/1.5 vandals got in when it was vacant and cut pipes and electrical basically would need to be gutted and probably over 100k in renovations.
