We put in a dining room/ping pong table, a massage chair, games, puzzles, a sound system, grill...these things are often mentioned in my reviews and I think are the cherry on top that most stand out to people. 4.

What we are thinking, at this point is pressure wash and paint the long side of the concrete one color, making the cement area between the carport and shed a patio area with table chairs etc. 

The common areas were barely furnished at all - a small kitchen table and 4 chairs, several stools and only one couch. 

Finally, when showing, I would put a couple of chairs up to the island to immediately show that it can be used for eating, talking to the chef, etc.  

Since I own the property I also include outdoor furniture and for beach properties beach chairs etc.. 

Hello @Rasheed-mass Ali,For my mtr office I have the following:-Good sized desk with two or more drawers -Computer chair (rated for seating 6-8 hours)-Chair mat- Desk lamp with phone charging hub (mine offers wireless charging, but there are some that can plug a USB charger)- Pens, notedpad, scissors (I.e basic office supplies)- High speed WiFi (I offer hard wired high speed internet with an Ethernet cable, and the combo modem/router let’s them connect all of their devices)-Make sure that there are plenty of electrical outlets for your guests to plug devices into.Cheers,Melissa 

I was using my HELOCs like balance transfers on credit cards, playing musical chairs with them. 

@Rhianna Raslan, I instinctively don't like the idea of staging eg. putting in beds and chairs that are slightly smaller than "real" ones - to give the IMPRESSION that the room is bigger than it is!

Most that rent those types of places rather than a chair at a large high-traffic salon are there because they don't want to work 24/7.   

That's how they spread, by someone sitting in a chair where they are, or laundry with them on it getting washed and they drop off.
