Born and raised in Winston and now living just outside of Kernersville, in Oak Ridge.

The fact that there are a bunch of lots available in this Colorado town would actually make me a little nervous, although the idea seems creative and interesting.There are places here in the Smokies and Blue Ridge Mountains where subdivisions have been platted for smaller houses, but none were ever built.

I know a fantastic builder in Blue Ridge who is looking for a new project to tackle...

If you can run the ridge E & Westerly for a southern slope for solar applications, or add a chase up for connections, for a few more bucks, I might do that. but I'm not putting solar pannels up and hooking everything up to go off grid!
