@Dev Horn Thank you sir.You are more than likely right about these sellers just coming up with a nice round, high number based on their limited research.I very much like your idea of tweaking the auto e-mail to appeal to a more specific set of folks.I am really trying to automate my follow up process to continue staying in front of them, again i believe you are highly correct about the consistency leading to more deals closed.

Here are a few ideas to kick around:Have borrower get a co-signer, or more specifically, a co-guarantor with property with equity that gets added as additional collateral.Sweeten deal by getting additional collateral like auto, truck, inheritance, anything.If you are concerned about her performance, negotiate a contract for option.

And most foreigners are far more attuned to owning RE in the US than US citizens are by and large.what I see out in the mid west is just towns that were the silicon valleys 100 years ago run by steel auto and manufacturing.
