All the conflicting information made my head spin and I took no action whatsoever.Turns out, getting into real estate is not only risky, but it's worth having an education by industry experts (no, I'm not talking about HGTV shows, more like people who have thrived for years and share their knowledge).

Once you've done your research and chosen a market, take action.

My experience and actions are to keep them as minimalistic as possible, that get's things in process but also affords as much maneuverability throughout the process and negotiations to come, as possible. 

There's a Facebook group I'm on called STR Legal Barriers & Action where people will have other recommendations for you. 

i want to hear about it all. investors only tell me about the good stuff, i would also like to hear the bad. i know how it goes, not everything is black & white. investors only talk to you when they have good news, brag, or they want something from you. i like to find others to talk to once a week at least. need the motivation/accountability. i like to talk about real estate because it’s interesting.

Before taking any action, I'd like to research whether this model is truly profitable and feasible.

It just takes a lot of daily massive action to find deals.
