Just started testing a messenger ad the other day.I look at various audiences.I look at various ways to retarget - site visitors, viewers of X% of certain videos (or Y seconds).I try to use video a lot. 

I want it to be hands off anyway, so that forces me not to make any excuses to get all micro-manage-y with it.Well, if anyone has any further ideas, I am literally soaking it all up.

For each of the areas you might be interested in look up "unemployment rate, appreciation and inventory. year over year"Appreciation (%)(H) Median List Price Y/YInventory (%)(K) Active Listing Count Y/YUnemployment (%)I plot these numbers each month in a spreadsheet and look at the trend.How did I pick some areas first you might ask??

If it is more mom and pop tenants anything as a big expense onto CAM you generally will have to spread over many years to recover as too high a CAM on top of base rent will shock their business model.

The second offer is to list their home on open market for list price of Y where Y is greater than X.

From what I tested, Porter, BookingAutomation, Beds24, Tokeet, and Elina all offer some form of adding X% to a base price or Y channel.

I'm a 30 year Aircraft Design Engineer with ALOT of CAD/CAM experience so I think we are going to offer a Design service along with our construction company.
