I continue to affirm that no agreement between me and estate legal exist, as there was no meeting of the minds, which is required for a legal contract inder NC State Law.I furthermore had rescinded my offer to enter into said contract with them due to this lack of the meeting of the minds.I continue to request a full refund.

These props were in good areas so I am guessing that is why. keep in mind true A class areas whould see majority of comps being sales to homeowners NOT investors.. homeowners dont care what the cash flow is or the potential rental income is only investors do..

And your net worth will thank you.If you still want to go ahead, you'd be better off buying a house than an apartment because, while the value of the building itself will go to 0, you'll still have the value of the land, bearing in mind that the land might actually lose value too given the depopulation and the yen depreciation.Sorry if I'm pooping a party but make sure you understand what you're getting into (which you're already doing by asking the forum) and then make the decision that's right for you according to your objectives.
