Get a quote, and see if there is something you can work out.

Just based on my personal experiences in the industry for many years sometimes we ALL have to do work outs..

The lesson here is that EVERYONE (especially mentors/gurus selling their “expertise”) has investments that do not work out as anticipated, one that actually lose money, and one’s that tie up your capital for long periods of time before you get your capital back.  

As for other amenities, some crowd-pleasers that won't break the bank are coffee maker + starter pack of pods, basic workout equipment (yoga mat, resistance bands), phone charging stations by the beds, and basic kitchen essentials like olive oil, salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc.

This provides extra peace of mind in case your upleg does not work out or the seller or lender will not deal.4) Truly retire for real estate ownership.

I don't expect that to work out for them.My phrases are: End the dive in '25. 

I’ll likely work out some partnership they agree on. 

for a few reasons, they don't need to buy materials to demo, other than the few $100 to rent a dumpster (or better, if they have a dump truck), you get some work out of them, and if they do a ****** job, pay them for the demo and hire someone else.  

So, if you could get another dryer, maybe even two, and place them in a garage or closet I would work out how to do that asap!
