Has anyone ever worked with Southern Title LLC in the Woodlands TX?

He's pulling in $220k/year on it.)If you don't care as much about skiing, I like some of the foothills areas around Denver (Evergreen, Conifer) and around Colorado Springs (Woodland Park, Cascade, and Divide).

This rental happens to be located in Spring, TX East of I-45 near The Woodlands, TX.

It's now "I can live in Encino, Sherman Oaks, Woodland Hills, Calabasas, maybe southern West Hills."

I am also starting a REIA group on September 22 in The Woodlands, let me know if you would like more information.

However, it seems that in COS STR are not allowed unless owner occupied so I am looking at Woodland Park.

Teller County (Woodland Park and Cripple Creek) are next on my list though.
