I think the best thing would be to knock out the line of credit mainly because I’ve been putting a lot of time into getting my business up and running, BUT if I could knock out the renovating before March that would be a HUGE win.

We own 10 homes, but all the rest are traditional leases and are also close to our primary home in the Lake Norman area (all w/in 30m).

The biggest win or loss you are going to have on your STR business will come at the purchase. 

I just winning a bid and very regret. 

I have been in this situation before and having documentation to send Airbnb helped win my case.

Always plan for more than one way to win.

These are all cash purchases with 10 percent down at the time you win the auction via cashier's check.
