If it is literally a hole in the ground and dependent on the distance from the high water mark, you may have problems...

Unfortunately, despite my constant reading here, I didn't realize the importance of watermarking my photos.  

Make sure you stage it, get the right lighting, use HDR photography and brand your rentals as well  with a watermark to help avoid someone using your photographs and to start creating a brand that people can trust.Repair items to be proactive to avoid having to be so reactive.

Take good pics of your unit and make sure you watermark them so that scammers don't steal them and try to defraud some poor soul.  

Cash flow is king for me.My final investment was a 506 group favorite, direct with Watermark into their fund IV. 

Post nearest cross streets so people know the general area, but scammers can't steal your listing, post it for less, and take advantage of unsuspecting renters.DO watermark your images with your phone number.

That said, if housing prices do go down where will the money come from to drive prices back to the inflated high water mark?

There are no watermarks anywhere on the ceiling either even though it's just a drywall ceiling.
