You cannot discriminate against the origin of the income and if there are vouchers involved income should make up the remainder of rent due not covered by the voucher.

You are exempt from the "source of income" protection though, which means you are allowed to deny an application just because they have a housing choice voucher, which would not be the case if you owned more than 4 units.

I know the rent is going to be paid and if they do something wrong, they loose their voucher which is more valuable to them than it is to anyone.
