there is no such thing as a one size fits allsome may want to venture/partner with you in the acquisition, rehab, stabilization, and sale/refi and for this should see higher returns.others might want nothing to do with you but buying and 100% owning the "turnkey" investment based on their DD and underwriting.As an LP my thesis will be different from other LPs.

I'm not trying to make this venture complicated or even hit home runs on every deal.

Reason I ask is there are going to be a lot of real estate ventures where ALL money is lost, and many are due to poor management or buying a deal they should not buy.

I am planning on not resigning my lease and starting of my RE venture.

Having said that, we also have many clients we use our systems and processes for crypto funds, buying existing businesses, funding startups, hedge funds, venture capital, and even non-profits.

Agreed... depends on your skill level.. if you have no experience at real estate other than maybe buying your personal resi.. and want to venture into this I can't see how the course would not be a good use of funds.if you have 20 years as an experienced investor or real estate broker then the course maybe is not needed.. but the contacts I am sure are worth every penny..  

I already have an LLC that I originally set up as a business entity to facilitate managing, overseeing, and expanding my real estate ventures.
