Could have been self install but I'm paying the installers about $1/sq ft.My problem with Home Depot is that no matter how good Allure Ultra may be, HD flooring desk staff in this store are totally clueless about the product, its stock situation, and its accessories (transitions, stair nose, etc and couldn't care less about serving a customer.

.- Additional subfloor (wood) and cement board (floor) $100- Shower cement board $75- Waterproofing Membrane (I like to do this) $150- Shower wall tile (80-90 SF) $150- Flooring tile (30-40 SF) $100- Tile setting and grout $75- Vanity with top and mirror (24" it looks) $250- Toilet, wax ring and feed line $100- Faucet, feed lines and trap $75- Trim $25- Accessories $40- Fan/light $150- Vanity Light $50- *Shower diverter valve with trim kit and plumber to install and help set tub/drain. $750- Screws, adhesives and fasteners (cement board screws, caulk, etc) $50- Paint $40- Miscellaneous $100TOTAL: $2530With all of that said these numbers would be my BASE run, and assuming I was spending my budget amount on each item.

Applicable fees: assuming you are zoning compliant, building and zoning permit (Accessory Building, Fence, Landscaping, etc.), Parking Lot Lighting, and Thorough fare Fees at a minimum. pages 14, 16, 23 of the Raleigh fee schedule Expect $400 or more per space in fees alone plus attorney costs ($273/space Thorough fare Fees alone)Or... run covertly.

I'd configure it as a 1 bedroom with an open floor plan to allow for a spacious-feeling office area.My wife and I are considering buying into a situation like that in upstate New York or Connecticut- we like the idea of an accessory dwelling unit where we could go to conduct business(she's in interior design, I'm in real estate primarily.)
