Well, see Mike, that's the unsettling part of the definition of bird dogging, because everyone seem to have their own definition.I have come to understand that a bird dog is basically a wholesaler - getting the house under contract - negotiating numbers with the seller to present to the dealer.

But not having my own capital to offer into the deal makes me a little unsettled.
