I am in the middle of planning my own exit from W2 employment and I am agonizing over finding qualified and unbiased counsel on planning. 

More recently I talked to 2 very honest property management companies who gave unbiased feedback about my OOS properties.

Stop taking the advice of people selling you something and hire an attorney specializing in either real estate or asset protection who will provide KNOWLEDGSBLE UNBIASED advice.   

If you're not doing that, then you really need an unbiased person on the ground reporting objective facts to you.

I read someone ask if there is an impartial book to educate the “ average Joe “ on THE COMPLETE DST UNBIASED STORY ????

I was hoping to get some unbiased opinions for my situation from professionals here rather than calling my mortgage company.

Maybe someone on here that is there will go take a look as a consultant for a small fee to be your unbiased (eyes and ears) on the ground there.

They charge by the hour or project to provide UNBIASED advice, not motivated by selling you something.  

Someone selling you something is not going to be unbiased.

As opposed to a traditional mortgage application where you must get an actual unbiased appraisal done, during a HELOC transaction, its customary for your bbb to conduct a more cost efficient desktop review of title and market data instead.
