When you called, and it seems many did, the scammer answered the phone using my name (though I understand with a heavy foreign accent).

I have a call scheduled with someone on his team for Monday & hopefully that gives a little better direction / insight into best practices for new members.  

My local code enforcement officer is happy to take calls. 

Primarily desert washes, but also near a creek....So I would go knock on doors and ask neighbors when it has flooded and what they think about the area......maybe call the County water board and ask then what has happened there in the past.

I had a call with a loan officer yesterday and I am very intrigued, but haven't heard much in recent discussions for this product or found anything in the search bar for this bank. 

Those 3% loans that get called due in a 7% world may have them second guessing their decision.

We call renters members due to the legal structure. 

While trying it out, call their customer service and see how they treat you and how knowledgeable they are on their product.
