A little bit about me: I'm 30 years old and have been living full time in my sprinter camper van for the past 3 years working remotely in tech.

As someone who has read Harry Potter, it seems the best way to get the attention of the landlord is to send a scary looking giant to their home residence with a kindly worded letter.More seriously, I was on the other side of the coin previously where my wife put the ads up under her accounts instead of mine, so I couldn't check them without getting on her phone and I was inundated with people looking to see the property (probably 50 over a 5 day period) and was trying to send semi-personalized notes to each one--and it all ended up being too much to handle and I ended up ghosting or not replying to many people after I found an applicant. 

This one is not a you issue for the tech, Jay, the search function and tagging is awful.

The most satisfying changes I've made is move out of tech management and back into just engineering roles, I sold my house in the city and moved to 5 acres in the hills where i work remotely for less money gladly, I've paid off everything, and now I have the flexibility to do anything.

ohhh, it's a giant mess.Be careful.

Only @Melanie P. touched on a fact that I never hear; the GIANT waiting list of LEGAL immigrants who have been long delayed because of ILLEGAL immigration. 

The main drivers1) Local Inventory2) 10 year treasury(macro)3) Personal Debt levels(macro)4) Real Unemployment(not the unemployment number but real white collar job loss ratio'd to part time jobs). 5) Industry proliferation(can't tell me a tech or finance hub moves like a health hub).To tell me #2 will derive from the same inputs as it did in Sep/Oct, I'm willing to bet it won't.

I will split a giant master room into two smaller rooms and will convert the living room to get the additional three rooms.
