So I am able to provide guest services locally, as well as cleaning and concierge, while the owners still get to be involved but don’t have to do the hard work of driving from all over creation to come meet a plumber, electrician, put a faucet cover on for freezing temps, etc. it works well since we are like a partnership.

@Wendy Schultz most time winter temps are moderate, crowds are down except at holiday time, there is skiing and snow tubing, and overall rates are less expensive.

That said I'm not sure the TCO will help here because it is a meter set with PGE, not something that is a City permit issue...maybe they can allow it with a temp pole/meter but I wouldn't count on it.

The combination of Al wire and an FPE panel is especially concerning because Al wire is more likely to have a loose connection that will overheat to a temp that can cause combustion, and the FPE panel has a high chance of not tripping when that happens in order to prevent that overheating from continuing.
