Also I would like to know if I can use any other synthetic water resistant material as a frame beneath instead of wooden frame.

So here's what I saw for editing:On the Kitchen page "Synthetic" is misspelled under the counter top types, the "p" was left out of "backsplash" and I don't know that you need a spot for "Kitchen Windows" if you are already getting a total window count on the first page (same for other rooms like the Bathrooms, Bedrooms and Living Room), but that may be by design.

There are synthetic & rubber underlays for sound treatment as well, but they are very pricey and in our limited experience do not work any better than cork.I am curious about cork under ceramic/porcelain tile.  

Is that real stucco or synthetic??

the world is trending away from beef as well. in a 100 years we may all be eating synthetic beef that never came from a cow........but you would still buy a McDonalds today if you could right?

If you buyer is happy with synthetic materials then I don't think you can beat allure.

I would favor hard surface floors whether tile, linoleum or hardwood/synthetic variants and simply provide some sort of adhesive backed strips of carpet over the hard surfaced floors if dealing with property that requires carpeted living space for handicapped tenants in government subsidized properties & I would imagine greater savings in the long run since I've seen hardwood floors that are over 50 years old!

Make sure you have REAL stucco versus synthetic ( EFIS ).
