Larimer: Bit gritty there still currently but right beside very high priced neighborhoods and commercial business district of East Liberty/Bakery Square so could see it turning sooner rather than later would not be surprised. 

Added convenience and always surprises the buyer when they open a closet and see the laundry units as opposed to another linen closet.

I am not surprised it took longer than 6 months.

I did delist the ad and relisted in approximately 4 hours , to my surprise, the days got reset .

It may be a tough pill to swallow if you feel you’re totally right, but you may be surprised at the LEGAL opinion rendered by counsel.  

You'd be surprised at how the simple things, like answering an email within 24-48 hours versus two weeks (or never!)
