Pros of the condos are that you have not management obligations as far as the whole building goes, no dealing with grass cutting or parking lot striping, or legal compliance of the development, hiring contractors, etc.

Do a project or two (sequentially, not concurrently), earn your stripes, pay your tuition, and then worry about doing a lot of volume. 

It's for cleaning the existing asphalt,  applying 2 coats of asphalt sealent, and striping the pavement markings.I got an estimate and I'd like to figure out if it's reasonable and don't have anything to compare it to.
