It's known investment of 20% and above is Ponzi and would be very fast liquidated.known investment of 20% and above is Ponzi and would be very fast liquidated.Madoff for example does't open his fund to everyone but use a feeder fund, in this instance, Norada is the feeder fund and may receive kickback/commision from the Lopez guy.For me it's very transparent Ponzyyy just by opening their website, there're thousand of warning spread out of internet.

I only figured out after Baselane sent me a stern email demanding the refunded money from me, else they will pursue legal actions such as collections and even putting a lien on the property.

WE took 16 40 yard dumpters off of that house property and various vehicles etc etc. there was also a live boa constrictor that scared the heck out of one of the workers it got away ( of course) and the police wanted me to walk to all the neighbors and warn them to watch out for their cats:)WE demo's the house and I built a 1.5 mil dollar spec on it.

Quite a few folks in Phoenix have places in Puetro Penasco which isn't as bad as some other places, but they warn to travel in groups from the boarder to the coast and warn against going out at night alone.

Certainly not their fault - crimes are always the fault of the criminal, not the victim, but it is still baffling that he got away with it so long.I guess the upside maybe (for the industry, certainly not for the people he screwed, unfortunately) is that this is such a huge mess, so high profile in terms of our little corner of the investing world, that maybe it will serve as a reminder and a warning for a long time to come.
